This yoga practice is suitable for all levels.
With individual support, adjustment/alignment of your asana practice. Flowing sequences of asanas will energize your body, release tension and activate the whole system to wake up and start your weekend in a positive way.

• We must revolutionize the rules of society that have us believe self care is selfish. In your practice creating more room for yourself and stay whole, healthy and happy.

• The balance recommended:
